What is CashWhiz?
CashWhiz is a comprehensive business management software package that integrates the 4 key areas required to effectively manage your business:

Project -	where is your business heading? Cashwhiz accurately projects the expected financial performance of your business with integrated cashflow, profit & loss and balance sheet projections.
Analyse -	are you maximising your return? By using various analytical tools including what-if (sensitivity) analysis, break-even analysis & goal seeking, Cashwhiz will instantly calculate the financial impact of your decisions, eg, what if you increase prices, employ additional staff, relocate etc.
Measure -	are your achieving your targets? Cashwhiz can import the actual results from your accounting software (via excel), to compare your budget v actual performance, identify trends and produce a source and application of funds statement.
Understand -	are your management reports meaningful and accurate? Cashwhiz will streamline your management reporting, ensuring that you always receive meaningful and concise reports with no risk of undetected spreadsheet errors.

How much does CashWhiz cost?
There is no cost or obligation during the 1 month trial period. The trial version is fully functional although reports are marked indicative of the trial version. To upgrade to the full version the fee is $220 (inc GST) and the process to do so is prompted when you start CashWhiz.

Thereafter you pay a quarterly licence fee that includes the following:

Licence for unlimited users in your organisation.

Regular upgrades (release quarterly).

Unlimited telephone/email support.

The fee is dependant on what pricing scheme you fall under:

	Corporates/Business Enterprises
	The first business is $165 per quarter and each subsequent business is $82.50 per quarter.
	Accountants/Business Advisors
	The fee is $55 per business per quarter for the first 30 businesses and then $27.50 thereafter. A business fee listing is provided at the end of the quarter allowing you to disburse the cost to the client.

The quarterly licence fee is incurred after conducting the automatic activation process. This is a simple routine that confirms you are completely satisfied with the businesses you have created and submits this list to our web site. This ensures you only pay for the benefit you get out of it. You are not locked into any agreement so you can stop using CashWhiz at any time and no further costs are incurred.
